functional goals into clear mechanical requirements and constraints.

● Concept Development: Generate and evaluate mechanical concepts for simulator

components, platforms, motion systems, structures, and dynamic components.

● Design Reviews: Lead and contribute to PDR (Preliminary Design Review) sessions with

the engineering team and present solutions and progress in CDR (Critical Design

Review) meetings with clients.

● Detailed Design & Documentation: Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed

production drawings in SolidWorks. Manage all design data within our PDM system.

● Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Perform static and dynamic structural analysis and

evaluate complex load-case scenarios for moving components.

● Production Support: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners. Additionally,

provide technical guidance and assistance during prototyping and production phases.
